1、下载地址（复制链接至迅雷下载）
https://mirror.bit.edu.cn/apache/maven/maven-3/3.6.3/binaries/apache-maven-3.6.3-bin.zip
2、文件解压
C:\apache-maven-3.6.3

3、新建环境变量
创建环境变量：MAVEN_HOME
对其赋值：C:\apache-maven-3.6.3

4、编辑环境变量Path
在环境变量末尾追加 %MAVEN_HOME%\bin;

5、测试
打开CMD输入命令
mvn -v
效果如下

6、配置maven仓库地址
- 新建仓库文件夹
在 C:\apache-maven-3.6.3 下新建文件夹 mvn_repository

- 打开配置文件
C:\apache-maven-3.6.3\conf\settings.xml
第55行新增如下标签
<localRepository>C:\apache-maven-3.6.3\mvn_repository</localRepository>

7、配置阿里云镜像源
找到 mirrors 标签
在其里面加入如下子标签
