Today I will share my opinion on The important points of a job interview.I will share it through 3 parts.
1.Make a good impression
Dress up and make up properly.
You can wear formal clothes instead of informal clothes.You can make up properly. The tow ways can make you confident and show respect to the interviewer.
Arrange the interview time.
Remember do not be late.Be punctual will make a good impression.Career experts have suggested that ten to fifteen minutes before the interview is the ideal time.It will give you time for some deep breaths to settle your nerves.
2.Introduce yourself
If The interviewer ask your shotcomings and advantages，You can answer like this.
Shotcomings
What you say should not relate to the job.You can say I am not a humorous person or my manderion is not very good.
Advantages
Hardworking.Having a good relationship.If you win any prizes during your current job，it will prove that you really do a good job .
Make an example of your advantages to convice the interviewer better.
3.Tow essential questions
The first one
Why do you want to quit your current company?
Definitely.You should not say that I do not like my leader.You can say I am looking for a higher platform or I want to learn more.
The second one
Do you have any questions?
Don not think this question is not very important.Because it reflects whether you have interest in the company or not.You can say like this.
Do You have enough training for the staff?
What is the promotion channel of my position?
These answers can let the interviewer think you are interest in the company and you are a diligent person!
