1.运行命令，安装fastLane
sudo gem install -n /usr/local/bin fastlane --pre
2.用cd命令到项目目录下
3.运行命令，初始化fastLane
fastlane init
过程中会要求输入apple id和密码
4.运行命令，安装蒲公英插件
fastlane add_plugin pgyer
如果之前目录下没有Gemfile，会自动生成一个，需要在里面改一下

加入这两句
5.打开目录下fastlane/Fastfile文件，在文件中加入下面代码

如果出现版本问题，在Fastfile中修改一下版本号
