澜希的母语不是中文也不是英文，考虑再三后，还是决定用最熟悉的语言中文完成对澜希的催眠引导。澜希用英文写下了回溯的感受分享，我把它们翻译为中文。
澜希今生有着强烈的环境和动物保护意识，她的梦想是在中国开一家素食餐馆。当回溯她的前世时，我们发现，对环境和动物的爱从她的前世一直延续到了今生。
而她今生一直被一种莫名的愧疚感所困扰，遇到最微小的差错，她也要一直说抱歉，即便错不在她。回溯前世，她终于明白，这种深入灵魂的愧疚感来自前世她对孩子们的愧疚，因为她没有把家产留给她的孩子们。

我进入了充满男性能量的环境。我的守护天使是一位老人，白色的头发，穿着整洁的黑色西装，戴着礼帽。
催眠过程中，我被光吸引着。每次见到光，我都感到内心的愉悦。我能感受到它那纯粹、无条件的爱。
我是一个年近四十的男人。虽然我不确定这是哪个国家，但感觉像是在四十到六十年代的纽约。男人又高又瘦，黑头发，棕色的皮肤。他独自一人住在中等大小的公寓里。
可以感觉到，他的生活平淡而又孤独。每天起床后，外出买早餐，然后回到住所。他喜欢读报纸，每天都读。他没有工作，也不需要工作，他有足够的钱。
催眠师让我去看看他人生中最重要的事件，我看见他坐在公证处，签署一份继承遗产的文件。他因此变得很富有。
我继续在时间中穿行。我看见他住进了白色的别墅，一个大花园。他有了妻子和两个孩子。但是很快，他的妻子爱上了别人，离开了他。
催眠师让我去到下一个重要的时刻。他又老又孤独。他的孩子们也离开了他。在他生命的最后一天，我看见他躺在医院的床上。气氛非常悲伤。我看见我的守护天使坐在扶手椅里，就在他身边。死亡的那一刻令人恐惧。我在身体上没有感觉到任何痛苦，但是我的潜意识感觉到了痛苦。我开始不住地喘息和哭泣。
他离世后，回溯师开始与我的潜意识或者我的守护天使沟通。神奇的是，回答问题时，我完全不用思考。所有的信息自然出现，没有任何思索的过程，这真是太奇妙了。
“他为什么会感到愧疚?”
“因为他没有给自己的孩子留遗产。”
“他把钱用到了什么地方?”
“他把钱捐给了流浪者收容所、动物保护机构、教堂和需要帮助的人们。”
“他的孩子们能够养活他们自己吗？”
“是的。他们是成功人士。”
“那他为什么要觉得内疚?”
“因为孩子们想要更多的钱，想继承遗产，但是他们没有得到，他们很失望。”
回溯师问了很多问题：我的过敏症状、我的工作、人生使命等等。最后，她请我的守护天使保护我，疗愈我的过敏症状，消除我的愧疚感。
当我回到意识状态后，我意识到催眠回溯用了近三个小时。这让人难以置信，因为对于我来说，好像只过了30分钟。（注：这是典型的催眠感受 —— 山中方一日，世上已千年。当我们在催眠引导下，进入不同的能量场和意识场后，很多神奇的事和感受会发生。）
现在我觉得好多了。我的睡眠得到改善，压力和焦虑都减轻了。我相信命运的安排，感谢遇见她（她指回溯师），谢谢她的帮助。

A wonderful time travel
The environment I was in was always full of male energy. I could see my guardian angel, an old white man, with white hair, wearing a neat black suit and a top hat. During the hypnosis, I was very much attracted to the light, every time I saw that light, it made me smile, and I could feel the pure and unconditional love it was giving me.
I saw myself as a man somewhere in his late thirties. Not sure which country it was, but it felt like it was in New York, somewhere in between the mid 40’s and the 60’s. The man was tall and slim with dark hair and a quite fair but tanned skin. He lived alone in a medium-sized apartment.
I could feel he had a very ordinary yet lonely lifestyle. He would get up everyday and go out to buy breakfast, then go back to his apartment. He enjoyed reading newspapers. He would read them every single day. I could notice that he didn’t have a job, and didn’t need to have one. He seemed to have enough money.
As the hypnotherapist asked me to move forward to one of his most important events in his life. I saw him sitting in a notary office, signing a legal form which seemed to be an inheritance. He became a rich man, and as I moved forward in time, I could picture him in a white mansion with a vast garden. He had a wife and two children. But soon, his wife left him as she fell in love with another man.
The hypnotherapist asked me again to move ahead to another significant day, he was then very old and lonely again. His children had left him too. On his last day, I saw him laying in bed, in a hospital room. The atmosphere felt very sad, I saw my guardian angel, sitting on an armchair next to him. The moment of his death was very scary, I personally didn’t feel any pain, but my subconscious was aware of if, and it made me gasp and cry a lot.
After his death, Yixin started communicating with my subconscious or my guardian angel. The strange thing is that I was answering the questions without even thinking. The information would just flow, no thinking process. That was really amazing.
“Why would the man feel guilty?”
“Because he didn’t leave any heritage to his children.”
“What did he do with all his money?”
“He donated it to homeless shelters, animal welfare agencies, the church and the needy.”
“Could his children support themselves?”
“Yes, they were very successful people.”
“So why would he feel guilty?”
“Because they were disappointed not to have the heritage, they wanted more money and they didn’t get it.”
Yixin asked many more questions about my allergies, my career and purpose etc. After that, she asked my guardian angel to protect me and heal me from my feelings of guilt and my allergies.
After I had come back to my conscious state, I had realized that the whole session took around three hours, it was hard to believe, because to me, it felt like 30 mins.
I am feeling much better now, I had noticed that my sleep has improved and I am feeling less stressed and worried. I am so thankful to have come across this precious person; I believe in destiny. And I am very grateful for her help.
