Yoga becomes a part of my daily life since yesterday.
It is introduced to me by Ashley. Yes, it is Ashley again! So, the people who read my articles will realize how exceptional a role model can influence me.
I began with downward facing dog pose.Practising this pose will benefit our arms,legs,abdomen,spine,and inner organs.I do it from a relaxed child's pose,then extend my hands forward,stand in fours with bent legs,maintain for a moment,then return to child's pose to prepare the next downward facing dog,but with straightened legs this time. Inhale,exhale, and the final pose is still the child's pose,relax body.
After finishing practising,I feel body relaxed,and head clear.
