xKeyboard VIP Service Agreement
1. General
xKeyboard is a tool product.
These Terms of Service stipulate matters relating to the "Member" service between xKeyboard and you. “Member” means an individual who signs up, logs in, and uses the various services provided by xKeyboard in these Terms of Service. Member services are paid value-added services. Members must fully agree to the Terms of Service and complete the payment in order to enjoy the relevant services.
Before you register as a member, please read this Member Services Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the “Service Agreement”) to ensure that you fully understand the terms of the Service Agreement, including the terms of XKeyboard Responsibility and the terms of membership restrictions. Please read carefully and choose to accept or not accept this service agreement. You may not register, log in or use the services covered by this Service Agreement unless you accept all the terms of this Service Agreement. Your registration, login, use, etc. will be deemed acceptance of this Service Agreement and you agree to be bound by the terms of this Service Agreement.
This service agreement can be updated by xKeyboard at any time. Once the updated service agreement is announced, it will replace the original service agreement without further notice. Users can check the latest service agreement in the application.
2, service fees
xKeyboard will provide users with different discounts according to different purchase methods and quantities. The specific information is subject to the content on the member's purchase payment page.
xKeyboard can adjust the membership service fee standard at any time according to the actual situation. The adjusted membership service fee standard will be displayed on the membership payment page, and the user can enjoy or renew the membership after paying according to the adjusted service fee standard.
3. Service content
xKeyboard will provide members with a variety of exclusive value-added services, which will be displayed on the member page.
xKeyboard can adjust the membership service content at any time according to the actual situation.
4. Service opening and deadlines
You should use Apple's in-app purchase (in-app purchase) to open the service after paying a certain fee. After the service is opened, it cannot be transferred or unsubscribed. You may not open the Service for yourself or others in any of the following ways:
To open this service for yourself or others for the purpose of non-personal use such as profit, business, etc.;
Open this service for yourself or others through any program or software such as robot software, spider software, crawler software, and screen printing software;
Advising yourself or others through any improper means or in violation of the principles of good faith;
Open the service for yourself or others by means other than those specified by xKeyboard;
Advance the Service for yourself or others by infringing xKeyboard or the legal rights of others;
This service is opened for yourself or others through other violations of relevant laws, administrative regulations, and national policies.
The member's service period is based on the period of time you choose and pay for the service. You can also view it on the member purchase page.
5. Rights and obligations
Members can enjoy the value-added services of their members during the membership period.
If the member voluntarily terminates or cancels the membership during the membership period, xKeyboard is not responsible for refunding the service fee corresponding to the remaining membership validity period of the member.
xKeyboard assumes no responsibility for any interruption or other defects caused by force majeure, but will do its utmost to reduce the losses and impacts caused to the members.
The interpretation, validity and resolution of this service agreement shall be governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. If there is any dispute or dispute between the member and xKeyboard, it should first be settled through friendly negotiation. If the negotiation fails, the member agrees to submit the dispute or dispute to the people's court under the authority of xKeyboard.
The copyright of this service agreement is owned by xKeyboard, which reserves all rights to interpret and modify.
Continuous Annual Service Rules
These rules are regarded as supplementary agreements to the Member Services Agreement and are an integral part of them. They constitute a unified whole. If there is any conflict between these Rules and the Member Services Agreement, these Rules shall prevail. If you need to use the member's continuous annual service, you need to agree to this rule.

一、总则
xKeyboard是一款工具类产品。
本服务条款约定xKeyboard与您之间关于“会员”服务的各项事项。“会员”是指注册、登录、使用本服务条款中xKeyboard提供的各种服务的个人。会员服务是有偿的增值服务，会员必须完全同意本服务条款，并完成付费，才能享受相关服务。
在您注册成为会员之前，请认真阅读本《会员服务协议》（以下简称“服务协议”），确保您充分理解服务协议中各条款，包括免除 xKeyboard 责任的条款及限制会员权利的条款。请您审慎阅读并选择接受或不接受本服务协议。除非您接受本服务协议所有条款，否则您不得注册、登录或使用本服务协议所涉服务。您的注册、登录、使用等行为将视为对本服务协议的接受，并同意接受本服务协议各项条款的约束。
本服务协议可由 xKeyboard 随时更新，更新后的服务协议一旦公布即代替原来的服务协议，恕不再另行通知，用户可在应用内查阅最新版服务协议。
二、服务费用
xKeyboard 将根据不同的购买方式和数量，向用户提供不同幅度的优惠，具体信息以会员购买支付页上内容为准。
xKeyboard 可以根据实际情况随时调整会员服务费用标准，经调整的会员服务费用标准将在会员资格支付页上显示，用户按调整后的服务费用标准支付后方可享有或延续会员资格。
三、服务内容
xKeyboard 将为会员提供多种专享的增值服务，具体内容将在会员页面显示。
xKeyboard 可以根据实际情况随时调整会员服务内容。
四、服务的开通和期限
您应该通过苹果应用内支付（IAP支付，in-app purchase）,在依约支付一定费用后开通本服务。本服务开通之后，不可进行转让或退订。 您不得通过以下任何方式为自已或他人开通本服务：
以营利、经营等非个人使用的目的为自己或他人开通本服务；
通过任何机器人软件、蜘蛛软件、爬虫软件、刷屏软件等任何程序、软件方式为自己或他人开通本服务；
通过任何不正当手段或以违反诚实信用原则的方式为自己或他人开通本服务；
通过非 xKeyboard 指定的方式为自己或他人开通本服务；
通过侵犯 xKeyboard 或他人合法权益的方式为自己或他人开通本服务；
通过其他违反相关法律、行政法规、国家政策等的方式为自己或他人开通本服务。
会员的服务期限以您自行选择并支付相应服务费用的期限为准，您也可以在会员购买页面查看。
五、权利和义务
会员在会员资格有效期内可以享受会员的各项增值服务。
如会员在会员资格有效期内主动终止或取消会员资格，xKeyboard 不负责退还与该会员剩余会员资格有效期对应的服务费用。
因不可抗力造成会员服务提供的中断或其它缺陷，xKeyboard 不承担任何责任，但将尽力减少因此给会员造成的损失和影响。
本服务协议的解释，效力及纠纷的解决，适用中华人民共和国法律。若会员和 xKeyboard 之间发生任何纠纷或争议，首先应友好协商解决，协商不成的，会员同意将纠纷或争议提交 xKeyboard 所地有管辖权的人民法院管辖。
本服务协议的版权由 xKeyboard 所有，xKeyboard 保留一切解释和修改的权利。
