​否定事实信息题（Negative Factual Information questions)要求考生针对题干所提对象，选出与原文信息不符的那一个选项。这也就意味着关于题干所提对象，有三个选项是与原文相符的。而平时在写段落的过程中，往往针对于一个主题的信息都会集中写在同一段中。所以此种题型中，关于题干所提对象在文中有三个对应的信息，它们往往会集中出现。
