最近我们建了一个口语练习群，群里邀请了一们母语为英语的朋友来给大家做口语会话，平时没机会和外国人直接对话或者觉得自己水平还浅不敢说的小伙伴都可以通过这个方式来练习。整个过程接近两小时，小伙伴儿们的反应非常热烈，连平常不爱讲话或是比较害羞的小伙伴儿也都参与进来了。

参与练习的小伙伴基本都是有一定的英语阅读基础，但是由于平时缺乏应用的环境，所以口语一直得不到提高。在这次练习中，我们以话题式进行，选择跟小伙伴儿们密切相关的话题点来进行交流，比如自我介绍，学习，工作，兴趣爱好等，聊起来非常顺畅。很多小伙伴儿都是第一次接触外国老师，竟然能都听懂，课后都非常兴奋。虽然有些小伙伴儿可能没有参与到引导老师和外籍老师的对话练习中来，不过都觉得形式很棒，可以算是一次全英文听力练习。
那么，在这个过程中，我们是如何进行这个口语练习的呢？首先，引导老师会发布话题，比如说自我介绍，那么同学们就可以围绕这个话题和引导老师，外籍老师进行交流，互动问题，如果过程中有不太跟得上的问题和内容，引导老师会换方式进行解释，我们在群里也会辅导发送核心关键词和内容，一是帮助没有听懂问题的同学进行理解，二是，让还没有参与到练习的同学一同进入情境一起思考。
