List 10 tiny things I feel most want to do, once choose one as my immediate reward :
- reading critical thinking for 3'
- sort out and review notes for 5'
- rope skipping 3'
- Electronic keyboard 5'
- jazz "Havana" 10'
- jazz "Gogobebe" 10'
- draw a stick figure 10'
- choose a video interested (within 5')
- see a video of my "favorites" (within 30')
- just organize my thoughts, or review what I recently did(something like meditation) for 10'
Well, it seems like I am using "habit stacking".
Whatever, let's see will things change or not.
