新建国际化所需properties文件

在resource文件夹下新建Resource Bundle。

新建Resource Bundle

Bundle中的properties文件

properties文件相关目录结构如图：

properties文件目录结构

messages.properties

NotEmpty=不能为空

messages_zh_CN.properties

NotEmpty=不能为空

messages_en_US.properties

NotEmpty=not empty
