Yesterday,I talked about respecting those who suffer depression.As I still immerse myselft in that scenario, my heart sinks and just don't know how to get out of the bad mood.
Today when I collect my package of yoga mat and blocks,I realize one item is added to my daily list to do.Meditation,yoga,English studing,updating blog post,and so on.But this time it is more acceptable and less nervous than last times.It seems to be my habits after a period of completing my dalily list to do. And When I acknowledge this,an idea sparks across my mind--I find a kind of way out of bad mood.
My idea to address this issue is developing some good habits and turning them to your routine to make you occupied.Firstly,it keeps you busy and you may not have much time to worry and sink in bad mood.Secondly,as you always keep doing something,it is certain you will make progress and get some result to make you happy.Thirdly,when you are happpy to do something, it helps you find your personal life mission and you will be strong to face the challenges of life.
Therefore,I will keep developing habits,making myself occupied and find my mission.
