escalator=自动扶梯
lift 和 elevator 同为电梯（直上直下，可以自由落体那种），只不过lift为优雅的英式英语，elevator是休（la）闲（ta）的美式英语~
再来，小编一直觉得fall是个很神奇的词，不仅词性多，意思也是多到不行：
v.(动词)：跌倒，失败，落下
n.（名词）：下降，秋天，瀑布
adj.（形容词）：秋天的
例句：Leaves fall of the trees in the fall.
秋天，叶子纷纷落下。
If you fall, get up and learn from it.
如果你失败了，站起来，并吸取教训。
