How many online friends do you have？  Do  social networking and the Internet help improve your relationships with others？  Give some examples.

      I carefully counted  and I know that totally I have 1019 online friends,  including my family members, my relatives, my colleagues,    my schoolmates, and some friends  I have made on some particular occasions.

      Do social networking and  the  Internet help improve my relationships with others？  To be honest, it's hard to say.    First of all,  let's talk something about old friends. For the first time when I used wechat APP, I felt really excited. I contacted all my schoolmates.    I had two classmates who I was really fond of things, primary school. We separatein secondary school. Since then, I missed them very much.After chatting, happily    for half a year online，  we seldom keep in touch with each other for a long time over two years.  From this point, the Internet and social networking helps little. 

      However, because of the convenience of the social networking I have made many new friends for various reasons.  The majority of them share the same hobbies as me and we  joined the same club,  holding many activities together.  And we have a lot in common and talk a lot with each other. It seems that thanks to the social networking and the Internet,  I enjoy the benefits of meeting new friends.

        Finally, it is the social networking and the Internet  that brings family members closer. It's so convenient for us to share our everyday life with each other online，which is  nice ,interesting ,meaningful and reduces my loneliness.

      I cannot tell exactly whether  the social networking and the Internet promote my relationships or not.  As the popular saying goes, every coin has two sides.  Probably the  Internet and  the social networking  strengthen    real ,friendships  while it weakens the ordinary friendship that is not very strong.
