一、安装
官网MySQL下载地址
下载慢的话，自行找资源吧
一路下一步，到最后有个弹窗，记住密码，如果记不住，下面配置中可以改了

记住密码
完成之后打开系统偏好设置

在此可以启动和停止MySQL数据库，同时还可以设置MySQL数据是否开机启动

二、配置
进入/usr/local/mysql/bin目录，应该有mysql了

执行
vim ~/.bash_profile 在该文件中添加PATH=$PATH:/usr/local/mysql/bin完事之后
esc，:wq保存退出最后在命令行输入
source ~/.bash_profile
更改编码
macOS中没有配置文件，需要自己创建，放到/etc目录下就好了，文件名为my.cnf，内容如下

重启MySQL后，可以通过命令查看编码，看到utf8字样就表示编码设置正确
注：如果MySQL的版本≥5.5.3，可以把编码设置为utf8mb4，utf8mb4和utf8完全兼容，但它支持最新的Unicode标准，可以显示emoji字符。

之后可以通过mysql -u root -p登录MySQL了，输入安装时候的密码就OK了
修改密码
SET PASSWORD FOR 'root'@'localhost' = PASSWORD('newpass');
三、删除
先停止所有MySQL有关进程
sudo rm /usr/local/mysql
sudo rm -rf /usr/local/mysql*
sudo rm -rf /Library/StartupItems/MySQLCOM
sudo rm -rf /Library/PreferencePanes/My*
vim /etc/hostconfig (and removed the line MYSQLCOM=-YES-)
rm -rf ~/Library/PreferencePanes/My*
sudo rm -rf /Library/Receipts/mysql*
sudo rm -rf /Library/Receipts/MySQL*
sudo rm -rf /var/db/receipts/com.mysql.*
